It is the responsibility of each mess member to clear in and clear out of their respective mess.

Become an Associate Member

To become an Associate Member, you must first complete the Associate Membership form. Please complete the form digitally or by printing it and filling it out manually. Once completed, please submit the form by email to our general inbox or one of administrative assistants:

Release & Posting Gifts 

Release gifts are given to members who are releasing from CAF and have been stationed at NCROM for a minimum of 2 continuous years. Should a member be released from CAF prior to reaching 2 continuous years of attendance at the NCR Officers’ Mess, they are not entitled to a release gift – instead, they are entitled to a posting gift

Release Gifts:

  • Engraved Decanter Set – Whiskey decanter and 2 whiskey glasses, all engraved with the NCROM’s mess logo. .
  • Embroidered Backpack – Embroided backpack with the NCROM’s mess logo made by a Canadian company with a total of 3 pouches and an expander. 
  • Engraved Cribbage Board Set – Handmade cribbage board made by a local artisan and ex-member of the Mess. Includes a deck of cards and metal pegs. 

Posting gifts are given to members who are being relocated to a different hall who have been located at NCROM for a minimum of 2 consecutive years or, releasing members who have not been at the NCROM for 2 consecutive years.

Posting Gifts:

  • Engraved Wine Glasses – Set of two stemmed wine glasses engraved with the NCROM’s Mess Logo. 
  • Engraved Whiskey Glasses with Rocks – Set of two whiskey glasses (tumblers/rock glasses) engraved with the NCROM’s Mess Logo, alongside an 8 piece set of whiskey stones in a pinewood tray.
  • Engraved Yeti Tumbler – A black stainless steel 30 oz Yeti tumbler engraved with the NCROM’s mess logo.
