The purpose of the Recreation Club Assembly (RCA) is to support individual club executive committees to promote, plan, coordinate and administer recreation clubs. Clubs are formed with technical support from the Manager Fitness, Sport & Recreation and the Recreation staff.  Clubs function in response to the wishes and desires of Wing personnel and dependents, consistent with applicable regulations and orders.
