Day Camps in Edmonton 

The Edmonton Garrison Fitness Centre has strong day camp program that operates at several times throughout the year including, summer, winter break, spring break, and PD days during the school year.  Our camp counsellors are full of energy and excited to meet your children.  The Edmonton Garrison Fitness Centre is proud to be a part of an accredited High Five organisation, which means you can have confidence in the quality of our day camps.

I-REC Program

The I-REC program is an abbreviated form of "I RECognize Leadership", an initiative to provide youth with the foundation to excel in job acquisition and performance, as well as active citizenship. 

The I-REC program has four integral values to it: Integrity, Resilience, Excellence, and Camaraderie. The I-REC Leader program aims to develop these values of leadership in youth through providing job experience, national certifications, and exclusive training and seminars within a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Our I-REC Leaders work directly alongside staff to deliver children's programming and events. I-REC Leaders will always have mentor staff with them and are encouraged to take a more active role in the program's leadership as they become more comfortable.
