Join this engaging session with Unplugged Canada, to discuss how smartphones and social media are impacting children's development and how we navigate this landscape together. This two-part program runs simultaneously, offering tailored experiences for both families and children.

For Adults : Presentation by Unplugged Canada

Discover the impact of screen time and online media on children’s development, mental health, and family dynamics. Unplugged Canada will share practical strategies to help families foster healthier digital habits and create more mindful, connected households.

For Children Ages 7–12: Interactive Session with a Military Police Officer

In a fun and engaging format, children will learn how to navigate the online world safely. Led by a Military Police officer, this session covers key topics like cyberbullying, privacy, and responsible media use—empowering kids to make smart choices online.

This event is about building awareness, sparking dialogue, and equipping families with tools to thrive in a digital age. Whether you're a parent, caregiver, or child, there's something here for everyone.

This session is offered in English only. Registration required. Caregiver adults can register without bringing children along too!
