MFRC Meaford: Confidential Counselling Services 

By partnering with professionals in the communities of Owen Sound, Collingwood and Meaford who have the knowledge to support the unique needs of military families, we are able to offer you family assistance in ways that meet the ever changing CAF lifestyle, offering strategies you can use to manage your own life. 
 
This service is provided FREE of charge to CAF families looking to adapt new skills and adjust to life challenges, such as:

• Adjusting to New Communities  
• Educational Assessments  
• Mental Health and Wellness  
• Transitioning to Civilian Life  
• Marriage and Couples Counselling  
• Youth Counselling 
• Parenting and Co-parenting 

Whatever your unique needs are, the goal is to give you and your family ways to effectively work together to make the changes less disruptive. This service is confidential and billed through Personal ID # so that it is private and confidential when the billing takes place.
