Second Language Training for OUTCAN Families

Has your family been posted to a community where the language is unfamiliar to you? We can provide you with Second Language Training (SLT). SLT is available through the following methods: 

Online 

• Rosetta Stone: The family member may be able to request a license to access the self-directed online Rosetta Stone program. There are 24 languages available. 
• Language Research Development Group (LRDG): The family member may be able to request access to LRDG online self-directed learning in French or English.

Tutoring  

• If the spoken language in the local area is not available via Rosetta Stone, limited tutoring may be reimbursable for one-on-one language instruction on a case-by-case basis.
