Get Fit, Get Stronger - Valcartier

Valcartier’s Get Fit, Get Stronger program is:

  • Designed to help you pass the FORCE evaluation
  • An excellent general workout with supervision and coaching
  • No registration required—just show up
  • An attendance report can be sent to your C of C

Sessions are held:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
  • From 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
  • Sports Centre, Building 516

Session details:

  • Monday: Focus on strength training. - Location: Field House, Sports floor 5
  • Wednesday: Focus on cardiovascular training. - Location: Field House, Sports floor 5
  • Friday: Focus on the FORCE test events. - Location: Sports floor 1
  • Last Friday of the month: FORCE assessment practice
