Mental Fitness

The Mental Fitness Training Course is an evidence-based program designed for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) personnel to strengthen knowledge, build life skills, and support overall well-being.

  • 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Through interactive methods such as discussion, small group exercises, demonstrations, and practice sessions, participants learn to understand the concept of mental fitness and recognize the role resilience plays in maintaining mental health under the stress of military service. The program provides practical exercises to enhance mental fitness and is intended for adult CAF members; it is not a form of treatment and may not be suitable for individuals experiencing severe or persistent mental health challenges.
