Are you navigating the transition of a loved one returning from deployment — or preparing for their homecoming? Join us for a Reintegration Workshop designed specifically for military families who currently have a member deployed or who have recently returned.
Hosted by the Petawawa Military Family Resource Centre (PMFRC), in collaboration with Guest community partners, this session will provide valuable insights and practical tools to support a smoother reintegration process for the whole family.
Topics will include but not limited to:

Understanding the realities of reintegration and the emotional adjustments that may come with it

Building and maintaining healthy communication within your family during times of transition
Whether you're facing this experience for the first time or have been through it before, this briefing offers expert guidance and support to help you feel more confident and connected.
There will be some activities available for children, including a “Welcome Home” poster making station.
