The take-away focuses on helping children understand their emotions and build comfort routines they can use at home.

Items may include guided reflection resources, stress-relief tools, grounding techniques, and practical strategies they can use privately or in moments of overwhelm. The focus is on empowering teens with skills that respect autonomy while reinforcing resilience and connection.
