Learn about the confidential, bilingual & free services from FIL, including information, referrals, reassurance and crisis management to the military community.

What is a Military Lifestyle Masterclass?
Great question! This masterclass is an opportunity for family members to come together share wisdom and learn about new resources to help them successfully navigate the military lifestyle. Choose to register for the in-person or virtual masterclass.

What information is covered?
Each session will address a different topic for example, preparing for absence, developing a Family Care Plan, household budget, making the most out of your posting and more! Topics will change every other month.

Who is this Masterclass for?
All CAF Members, and their adult family members from the parent of the new recruit to the seasoned spouse. Registration is required.
