Mental Fitness Training

This course is designed to promote awareness and skill-building to maximize mental fitness both individually and in the workplace.

  • 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Cold Lake Golf & Winter Club
Topics include:
• mental health injuries and mental fitness;
• stigma;
• the Mental Health Continuum Model;
• how to maintain and improve mental fitness and resiliency;
• the role of promoting a culture of understanding and mental fitness

This workshop is open to the 4 Wing Defence Team, including military and their families, and civilian personnel. Military members retain priority.
