Journaling for Mindfulness

Looking to bring more balance to your life? Start your journey to wellness and learn how each of the different styles of journaling offers unique benefits for self-reflection, creativity, and mental well-being. Participants will also have the opportunity to make a Mocktail Mule or a Winter Spice Lemonade and enjoy some delicious pizza. Journals and pens will be provided.

Open to: Adult (18+) CAF family members

Child care will be available for program participants with children ages 1–5. Registration is required, and space is limited. Participants must indicate their need for child programming upon registering for the program. Please note, registration for child programming is not confirmed until you have received official confirmation from an MFRC staff member. The MFRC will confirm your child(ren)’s spot based on availability.
