This well attended workshop is designed to support medically releasing military members and their families as they navigate the many common, but often unexpected challenges of the military to civilian transition. Each week the program addresses both the psychological and emotional impacts of releasing from the CAF, and arms participants with knowledge and tools to approach their release with clarity, confidence and peace of mind.

This in-person program is open to medically releasing and recently medically released CAF members and their families. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
