Facility Booking Request

The Normandy Officers' Mess hosts many military, corporate, community and private events.

Our facility has a number of different areas and rooms to accommodate a variety of functions such as:

  • Weddings
  • Conferences
  • Community events
  • Networking Lunches
  • Meet & Greets
  • Parties (Retirement, Anniversary, Holiday/Christmas)

Dining Room

For larger parties, formal events and conferences, we invite you to utilize our Dining Room which can seat up to 200 people and has a capacity of 220 persons.  The dining room is outfitted with 2 projectors and a sound system.

Conference Rooms

For smaller groups, we offer our OSONS Suite equipped with plush furniture able to seat 7 people. Attached to the OSONS Suite is the Commanders Suite outfitted with a 16 foot wooden table and seating for 14, comfortably. The room is equipped with a 75 inch TV.

Main Lounge

The Main Lounge has an occupancy of 165 persons outfitted with seating as well as stand up tables. The Main Lounge is outfitted with a projector and a sound system. 

Sunroom

The Sunroom has a spectacular view of the Ottawa River and Laurentian Mountains. Leading directly out to the patio and with direct access to the bar, this room can accommodate up to 50 people. This room is equipped with a 50 inch tv and sound system.
