Parent Information Meeting
Hello dear parents of our future campers,
As every year, Camp de jour Courcelette will hold an information evening for parents who have registered their child(ren) for our day camp.
This meeting will be held in person on Wednesday, June 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Center, Building 93.
The purpose of the meeting is to:- We will explain how the camp works, you will have the opportunity to meet the team, and we will answer all your questions.
- Several topics will be discussed, such as arrivals and departures, the organization of a typical day, the equipment needed to have a great day, health measures, the different camp sites, etc.
- Some of our counselors will be on hand to look after your children during the meeting.
We hope to see many of you there!

Registration
Registration will take place ONLINE starting March 31, at 6:00 pm.
- Take advantage of the "before the date" discount until April 30, inclusively.
- Register online if you have an account with the Recreation Department.
- Or open a Booking account with the Recreation Departement
Duration of camp:- From Monday June 29 to Wednesdasy August 19, 2026.
- *The camp will be closed on July 1st, for Canada Day
Information to have with you when you register:
- Health insurance card for your children
- Social insurance card of the paying parent
- Emergency phone numbers

Animators
- ALL our animators have a DAFA (diploma of aptitude for the functions of animator) recognized training and in-house trainings.

Tax Credit and Refund
Day camps are part of daycare services. Did you know that you could receive a tax credit of up to 75% of the cost of the camp! The tax receipt (R-24) will be mailed to you in the next February. For more information, please visit the Revenue Quebec or Revenue Canada websites.
Refund policy : For all refund requests made after May 1, 2025, a 20% fee (to a maximum of $50) will be added to your invoice in the form of an administrative charge.
