SACKingston will be partnering with the Kingston Military Family Resource Centre to bring the Girls-Flip the Script with EAAA ® program to youth!

Kingston Military Family Resource Centre
Day 1:
Assess: Identify cues that indicate increased risk of assault in situations, environments, and behaviour of acquaintances
Acknowledge: Strengthen the belief that you are worthy of protection by decreasing emotional barriers to resisting coercive behaviour of others
Day 2:
Act: Overcome emotional barriers to defending yourself and learn verbal and physical self defense tactics
Relationships & Sexuality: Identify characteristics of a healthy relationship; increase skill and comfort in negotiating safer sexual activity that is wanted (if any)
Please Note: The KMFRC is the host site for this activity and SACKingston is the facilitator. Registration is required will be done through SACKingston - click link below to register!
