The Healthy Relationships Campaign runs from October 20 to 31

Couple talking
Keeping important relationships healthy is not always easy. Especially with the added challenges that come with one or both partners being in the military.

This year’s campaign explores the topic of Establishing Healthy Relationships with a focus on developing healthy behaviours in the early stages of dating and new relationships. Stay tuned for more events coming soon!

Military members and their families face unique pressures and obstacles due to deployments, relocations, transitions and the overall demands of the military lifestyle. Developing healthy behaviours in all different stages of relationships, whether it be long term relationships or brand new ones, is key. This campaign aims to help military couples navigate these challenges with confidence, fostering stronger, more equitable relationships built on trust and respect.
