Community Centre Reservation (Bldg 93)

• Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

1. Facility reservations are given priority to PSP entities and our partners.
2. You can make a reservation for a reservation fee ($)
3. You will receive the various rates once we have received your request form.
4. Reservations can be made as soon as you know the date and the number of attendees.
5. It is your responsibility to submit the completed form.
6. A comments section is available for adding additional information.
7. Since the facilities are shared among several entities, they must be tidied up and cleaned after each use.

• An educational space designed for theoretical training and instruction.

• Ideal for lectures, interactive presentations, and workshops.

Meeting Room

• A collaborative space that fosters professional discussions and confidentiality.
• Features a large central conference table and furniture designed to encourage interaction.
• Ideal for team meetings, working groups, and confidential interviews.
