November 2022 - Claude Bolduc

Claude is very involved in the veteran committee. He helps to create a pleasant atmosphere. This past year, the priority was to recruit new volunteers to represent the veteran community. Claude took this role seriously and worked hard to recruit volunteers. For example, he went to different businesses to put up posters to target the veteran community. Today, there are 6 active participants on the committee and Claude is largely responsible for this success. When there is a new volunteer, he offers to introduce the purpose of the committee and welcome the person to the group. He listens to other volunteers and shares new ideas for reaching out to the community.

"Based on his experience, Claude shares his knowledge at committee meetings and is greatly appreciated by the other members," says Sandrine De Seve, MFRC Valcartier. "He inspires others to continue to get involved."
