The second edition of the Mental Health Conference in Bagotville returns this year with an enriched program, new perspectives, and even more concrete tools to support the military community. Building on the success of the first edition, this event has now established itself as an essential gathering dedicated to the psychological well-being of military personnel and their families.
The day aims to promote learning, experience sharing, and collaboration in the face of the unique realities of the military environment.
On the program:
-
A touching and authentic testimony delivered by a military member, offering a human perspective on the realities and challenges experienced on a daily basis.
-
A keynote address by a mental health specialist on current issues and practical tools to support psychological well-being.
- A space bringing together several regional organizations and base services, allowing participants to directly explore available resources and talk with stakeholders.
The event, which will once again be held in the gymnasium, will be open to the entire military community in order to maximize access to the services and partners present.
By promoting practical tools, inspiring stories, and an accessible support network, this second edition continues to make the conference an essential platform for strengthening knowledge, breaking taboos, and promoting a sustainable culture of mental well-being within the Canadian Armed Forces in Bagotville.
