Deployment Preparation

Are you prepared for your loved one to be away? Join us as we focus on the challenges that you may experience while you prepare for an upcoming deployment or work-related absence of a loved one. Participants will learn about available supports and resources while connecting with others who are preparing for a similar experience.

Being prepared can reduce some of the stress when the unexpected happens and help to build growth and resiliency. Discussions include preparing for changes in routine, maintaining healthy communication, accessing available supports and what to expect throughout the different phases of deployment.
