Welcome to New Brunswick! 

A warm welcome to welcome military families. 

Moving to a new community is a big step. It is an exciting new chapter, but it can also come with questions and challenges along the way. 

To support the military families during their first days here, the Military Family Services New Brunswick team has prepared welcome bags for newcomers. Each bag includes helpful information, local resources, and thoughtful items to help the Canadien armed forces members and their loved ones to feel more at home from the moment they arrive. 

The welcome bags are a way of saying: “We're here for you. Whenever and wherever you need our support.” 

Military families who are new to the area, or who know someone who has recently arrived, are invited to connect with the Military Family Services New Brunswick team. They would be happy to offer a warm welcome and help make the transition a little easier.   

Starting on August 24th 2026, the welcome bags will be available for pick up at Military Family Services New Bunswick. For more information, send a message to mfsnb@cfmws.com.
