Client Classification and Liability
Client classification within the National Pricing Strategy for the PSP Plan follows the CFOne card eligibility guidelines. This ensures consistent access to PSP services based on recognized categories of military affiliation and community support.
The main categories determine applicable discount structures and eligibility criteria for membership pricing:- Regular Member
- Ordinary Member
- Associate Member

- Regular Force members and their families
- Reserve Force members and their families
- Foreign military personnel serving with the CAF and their families
- Veteran members and their families
- Serving Members of the 22 Wing Band
Definition of Family
The immediate family includes the spouse (married or common‑law) and children (see note below) residing at the same address.
Definition of children considered part of the immediate family
A child aged 18 or older is considered part of the immediate family if they:- are full‑time students (up to age 25), or
- are unable to support themselves due to a particular condition.
Proof of residency and/or a student card may be required. -
Ordinary Member
- DND Public Service and NPP employees’ families
- DND Public Service and NPP Contractors (during their contract) and their families
- Former DND Public Service employees receiving a pension for their service and their families
- Former pensioned NPP staff members Active RCMP members and their families
- Members of the Corps of Commissionaires or other security forces employed
on a CAF site and their families - Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) employees’ families
- Family of serving members for the 22 Wing Band
- Frontline North Bay Emergency Response Personnel (OPP, Police, Paramedics, Firefighters)
