Small Group Fitness Training
Dedicate yourself to being healthy and fit.
This is a six week, twice a week, small group fitness program that caters to all fitness levels.
Your 4 week workout journey will begin with an individualized fitness evaluation followed by a second assessment at the end of the program. This will allow participants to see their fitness progress.
Each session will take you through a full body circut training program that will consist of endurance and resistance training. The benefit of training in a small group allows the instructor to create a personalized and dynamic exercise program tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Enjoy the benefit of a personalized fitness plan with the enjoyment of working out with friends.
