FORCE Evaluations
All FORCE Evaluations take place at the Multiplex Gymnasium (41 Kam Lake Road). Please sign up for a date that is minimum 48 hrs away. Sign ups after this time WILL NOT be accepted.
Dates available are as follows:
**ALL TIMINGS ARE 0930-1200**
- Thursday Oct 30 (FULL)
- Thursday Nov 06
- Thursday Nov 20
- Thursday Dec 04
- Thursday Dec 18
**Only 12 spots available for each evaluation date**
**Registration is not confirmed until you receive a message from the FORMeFIT System**
- arrive within 10 mins of the scheduled start time
- change rooms are available. Please provide yourself enough time to change prior to your evaluation beginning
- 2 water fountains are available
- All available dates are open to any member needing an Evaluation
- A limited number of spots are offered per time slot. You will be notified if you sign up before the option is deleted below.
