Healthy communication for couples—Two perspectives, One relationship
It is possible to better understand your partner's perspective and avoid misunderstandings! This workshop offers concrete strategies for improving communication and managing conflict within your relationship. Through fun and creative activities (DIY style), you will discover your conflict management style and learn how to build a more harmonious and fulfilling relationship. Alcohol, Other Drugs, Gambling and Gaming Awareness
The objective of this course is to prepare staff in management positions to deal with issues of problematic use of alcohol, other drugs, gambling and/or gaming within their units. Participants will learn what misuse is, warning signs, effective interview techniques, active listening skills, empowerment and how to challenge and change unhealthy workplace cultures.
