CSMFRC has programs that run throughout the year! Please contact the office with any additional questions!

Deployment 101

Tailored assistance is available for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and their families experiencing military-related absences—including deployments, taskings, training, or imposed restrictions. This personalized, one-on-one service provides customized support to help families navigate challenges and maintain resilience during periods of separation.

To book your one-on-one meeting or for more information contact Megan.boufford.csmfrc@gmail.com.

Relocation 101

Canadian Armed Forces members who are currently relocating—or preparing to do so—can book a personalized guidance session designed to ease the transition. These meetings are open to CAF members, spouses, and dependents, offering direct access to helpful insights and practical resources.

Led by an experienced military spouse, each session provides support to help you confidently navigate relocation challenges, posting procedures, and settling into your new community. Whether you're just starting the process or well underway, this tailored guidance ensures you’re not facing it alone.

Babysitter List

At the CSMFRC, we understand that frequent relocations tied to military life can make finding reliable childcare a challenge. To help ease that stress, we've compiled a curated list of local babysitters—organized by geographical area—so you can quickly find support close to home.

If you or your child would like to be added to this list as a babysitter, we welcome you to reach out and become part of this community resource.

Please contact megan.boufford.csmfrc@gmail.com for more information.
