Beaverbrook Art Gallery – Military Family Appreciation Day

family activities

5 CDSB Gagetown is pleased to be collaborating with the Beaverbrook Art Gallery to strengthen ties between our organizations and foster a sense of mutual support and community.

  • 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Beaverbrook Art Gallery

Located in downtown Fredericton, the Beaverbrook Art Gallery is one of Atlantic Canada’s premier art institutions. Established in 1959 through a generous donation from Lord Beaverbrook, the Gallery is home to an impressive collection of Canadian and international works, while also serving as a vibrant cultural hub offering exhibitions, education programs, and community events.

To launch this initiative, the Beaverbrook Art Gallery will host a Military Family Appreciation Day

This family friendly event will include:
  • Button-making and print-making crafts
  • A collaborative mural (to be presented to the Base at a later date)
  • A live story reading hosted by Monster House Publishing
  • A gallery wide scavenger hunt
  • A bouncy caslte
This is an excellent opportunity for families seeking engaging activities for children at no cost, as well as for those interested in exploring the Gallery’s rich history and exhibits. Free parking is also available downtown Fredericton on weekends.

To assist the Gallery in planning (e.g., art supplies and activities), personnel wishing to attend are asked to register using the form below by April 30

We hope to see you there.

This event is for active CAF members and their families.
