What You Need to Know
- All ages are welcome
- Walks are happening rain, snow or shine (except for more extreme weather)
- Drop-ins will always be welcome
- Register to stay informed about any last‑minute changes or cancellations.
Meeting Points vary every month but are on a rotation between:
- Cataraqui Trail in Sydenham
- ANAF
- Lemoine Point
- KP Trail in Kingston
