Yacht Club

The purpose of the CFB Kingston Yacht Club (CFBKYC) is to promote boating safety by endorsing the Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) Safe Boating program and support sailing by maintaining a recognised and viable sailing school. 

It is intended to be a non-profit organization. As a self-help club, it provides affordable services and entertainment for its members based upon an expectation of goodwill and camaraderie. Services for members include various mooring options for sailboats and motorboats, shore power, fresh water, a pump out, a clubhouse, storage for and access to paddleboard, kayaks, canoes and dinghies and much more. 

CFBKYC operates as a military club, therefore, priority for mooring and membership is given to full-time serving and former Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) personnel and their families.. Others are eligible on a space available, year to year basis.
