Special Event Booking for PSP Plan Members

Plan your perfect celebration with flexible hourly bookings tailored to your needs. Choose one or more of the following options: Gym time (great for active play and sports), pool time (splash around and enjoy the water), ice time (perfect for skating or hockey fun or party room, ideal for food and games), or you can book each space by the hour and /or mix and match multiple spaces in hourly increments. It’s your celebration—make it your way!

Facility Rental

Rent the space for your event and you can set up and play as you wish.

• Request additional equipment at time of booking.
• 15 Minute time increments 
• 1 Gym attendant will be in attendance to assist

Rates

Gymnasium - $50.00 per hour

Ice Rental - $120.00 per hour

Pool Rental - $130 per hour

Youth room and Hub - $40.00 Per hour

*Taxes are not included*

External User Group Rentals

Facility usage on Canadian Forces Base requires:

• Signed Licence Agreement for Access to Federal Real Property, payment by cheque payable to ‘Receiver General for Canada’, comprehensive liability insurance in the minimum amount of $5 million, naming ‘His Majesty the King in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of National Defence’ as additional insured.
