Briefings and Workshops

At 15 Wing Moose Jaw our Health Promotion Department offers a variety of workshops and briefings focused on the Four Pillars of Health Promotion.

General Information

Whether you want information on proper nutrition, injury reduction, stress management and more, the Health Promotion Team at 15 Wing has a full roster of briefings and courses available. Workshops and briefings are free of charge to all members of The Canadian Armed Forces, their spouses, and members of the Extended Defence Team and contractors. We also offer courses that are MITE Code Eligible.

Please note programs are not open to anyone under the age of 18 years, unless that person is a member of the Canadian Armed Forces or the Reserves. If a parent or guardian is advocating for participation of someone under the age of 18, that request will need to be directed to the Health Promotion Manager for final decision before registration.

We can also tailor courses and contents to fit your needs and time contraints.  Contact our Health Promotion Manager to discuss what we can do for you!
