Nutrition Month

March is Nutrition Month! In support of the campaign, PSP Health Promotion is putting on various events and activities; make sure you don't miss out!

Welcome to Nutrition Month 2026. Every year, communities across Canada come together to celebrate Nutrition Month, led nationally by Dietitians of Canada’s. This year’s theme, Nourish to Flourish, highlights how building nutrition knowledge and food skills can support overall health, confidence, and well‑being.

While the national campaign showcases the leadership of Registered Dietitians across the country, here at PSP Ottawa-Gatineau Health Promotion, we focus on empowering CAF members with practical tools to make informed, confident food choices—wherever they live, work, and serve.

We are excited to offer various events and activities in support of Nutrition Month to help the CAF community to NOURISH to FLOURISH!
