Powerlifting open training sessions – For CAF Members Only

Join Our NCR Powerlifting Team Training Sessions!

Are you passionate about powerlifting or looking to take your strength training to the next level? Starting the week of January 12, 2026, we’re launching open team training sessions exclusively for NCR members.

Why Join?

This initiative is designed to:

  • Promote team cohesion and build a supportive community.
  • Provide a safe environment for new lifters to learn proper biomechanics.
  • Create friendly challenges to keep training fun and motivating.

How It Works

The sessions are open and flexible. Members can join WO Chartier-Cognac and MCpl Leduc-Lalonde during scheduled blocks to train as a team and receive expert tips on powerlifting movements.

Schedule

Time: 14:45 – 16:00
Location: 455 Blvd de la Carrière

Days & Focus:

  • Monday: Squat
  • Tuesday: Bench Press
  • Thursday: Deadlift
  • Friday: SBD (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) – simulates competition and builds work capacity
