This monthly themed evening program is for adults with a loved one deployed, away or work or has recently returned home. Enjoy a relaxed evening of conversation, snacks, and connection with others who understand the challenges of time apart. Attend four sessions and receive a free gift as a thank you.

Childcare is available for children ages 3 months-4 years old (not yet in school) by registering for our Volunteer Led Childcare Program. School aged children can attend the ROOTS Youth Centre Drop In.
