Military life comes with unique opportunities and challenges for both service members and their families. This introductory workshop explores the role of the Family Liaison Services within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and how they support military families throughout their journey. Participants will learn about the services and resources available through Military Family Services, when and how to connect with the Family Liaison Services and how they can assist during deployments, relocations, transitions, and other significant life events. Whether you're new to military life or looking to better understand the support available, this session will provide practical information to help you navigate the CAF community with confidence.
