Grief and Coping with the Holidays

A workshop for bereaved Canadian Armed Forces families, offered by the HOPE Program.

The HOPE Program continues its commitment to supporting Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and families who have experienced the loss of a loved one through ongoing education and peer support connection opportunities.

As part of this effort, we are pleased to announce our upcoming virtual bereavement education workshops, which will take place in December 2025. These sessions aim to provide information on the grieving process and strategies for coping, while fostering connections among participants who share similar experiences.
