'OP Welcome' Family Day - 21 Sept 2024

Once again Health Promotion was invited to have a booth at the OP Welcome Family Day held at the MFRC. This is an annual fun-filled day for the entire family! This family-inclusive event featured interactive games and activities for all ages, a free BBQ, Community information and resources, a live animal experience hosted by Hands-On Exotics, and so much more!

Family day 17 February 2025  

Health Promotion joined the Rec Team for a fun filled morning of snowman building, sledding, pancakes and hot chocolate! Much fun was had by all!


24 March 2026 CFB Trenton hosted the Military Men's Basketball Tournament and PSP Health Promotion was there with a Nutrition Both to talk about Nutrition and Competitive sports

A great time was had by all! Well done CFB Trenton!
