Refund Policy

If you cancel your registration before classes begin, the merchant cannot charge you any fees or demand compensation.

If the classes have already begun, you will have to pay these two amounts:

1. The cost of the classes you have already attended;
2. A penalty required by law. This penalty is the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the cost of the classes you haven’t attended.

For example: You signed up for a series of 10 karate classes. You want to cancel your registration after 2 classes. Since the classes cost a total of $250, you will have to pay $50 for the 2 classes you attended. You’ll also have to pay a $20 penalty, which is 10% of the cost of the remaining classes.

To cancel your registration, you must submit the refund request form.

• The request will be processed based on the date the form was sent to us.
• Your request will be processed within 10 days of receipt.
