• 3 - 5 Years Old

  Parent-child gym parkour 3 -5 years old:

  • In this class, children learn the 5 basic elements of floor gymnastics that are used in several sports such as dance, cheerleading, martial arts, etc.
  • They will learn front flips with and without hands (front and handstand), back flips with and without hands (back and flic-flac) and spins (cartwheel and round-off).

  Your child will also learn to follow instructions and practise using different motor skills that will be useful for learning any new discipline.

  Duration: 8 weeks

• 6 - 12 Years Old
  Gymnastics 6-12 years:

  • In this course, children learn the 5 basic elements of floor gymnastics that are used in several sports such as dance, cheerleading, martial arts, etc.
