    IMPORTANT

    - An accreditation test is not a course:

    • You must have the necessary knowledge to take the accreditation test.
    • If you have any doubts about whether you have mastered the required skills, we recommend that you take a 3-hour training course. See information in previous sections.
    • Staff will not assist during the test or provide pre-assessment advice.

    - Be prepared:

    • The accreditation tes must take place before the start of a climbing session.
    • It is not permitted to practice techniques with another climber or to receive advice from another climber before taking the test.
    • To pass the assessment, you will need to demonstrate mastery of several elements of autonomy.

    - Partner :

    • You must have a partner who will climb with you during the assessment.
    • This partner must be of similar weight (maximum difference of 30%).
    • We advise you to choose a partner who also wishes to obtain his/her accreditation, so that you can continue climbing sessions together.

    - Assessment results :

    • The assessment result will be ``pass`` or ``fail`` and is non-refundable
    •  If you fail, you will be invited to attend a training session at our facilities, at the end of which your assessment will be redone.

    - Recognition of prior learning:

    •  Recognition of prior learning: after the 2-year velidity period, the accreditation holder must have his or her credentials validated by one of our instructors and receive a new card valid for a further two years.

For me, climbing is more than just a sport. It's a complete discipline that combines technique, rigorous training and a subtle balance between strength, flexibility and intuition. Every ascent represents an opportunity to push back your limits while respecting your abilities. Not only does it enable you to get to know yourself better, it also helps you develop essential qualities such as respect, responsibility, discipline and, above all, self-confidence. Climbing has the unique power to remind us of our humility through every challenge we overcome. After more than 25 years of practice, I'm driven by the desire to share this passion, convinced that it will also captivate you.

I discovered climbing two years ago. In 2024, I was lucky enough to join the team of volunteer ushers, an opportunity that not only allowed me to deepen my climbing skills, but also to broaden my horizons by contributing to stimulating projects. This rewarding experience gives me the opportunity to get actively involved with military personnel and their families, which is a source of motivation and commitment for me.

Eclectic and passionate, I love to discover and experiment. Since 2016, climbing has been one of my favorite playgrounds. In 2022, I had the opportunity to join the PSP leisure team of openers. If I had to choose one type of hold to describe myself, it would definitely be a CRIMP. Technique and movement are very important to me in this sport.
