Personalized training

This new program aims to meet the health and wellness needs of our community, offering solutions tailored to each individual, whatever their fitness level, age or goals.
Your plan will be designed by a PSP recreation instructor according to  your availability.


- The services are available to all: military personnel, veterans, defense employees (public service and non-public funds) and private citizens, at the rates shown below.

- For active military personnel: the program is offered free of charge by the Fitness and Sports Department. However, if an active military member wishes to take the program with one of our recreation instructors, a fee will be applied according to the pricing below.

  • PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM
    Your plan includes :

    1. An initial meeting lasting approximately 30 to 45 minutes, which consists of establishing a relationship with your trainer and completing various questionnaires. These questionnaires establish your profile, evaluate your goals and analyze your lifestyle. Thanks to our Inbody270 devices, we can carry out a private body composition analysis, free of charge. This assessment serves as a starting point and helps to set measurable goals.
    2. Creation of a personalized training plan based on your individual goals. The HEXFIT application is used to give you access to your training program at all times. It also allows you to track your progress and communicate with your trainer as needed.
    3. Private one-hour session with your trainer to demonstrate the program. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the program's movements, understand its structure and receive personalized advice. You'll receive your program the day of your appointment in digital form via the app, as well as in hard copy. Simply activate your account with the e-mail you'll receive once your trainer has completed your program.

    Program and subsequent meetings for clients who have already taken a training program : 
    For each new program, we offer to meet your trainer again. This meeting may be shorter, however. We'll take advantage of the opportunity to review certain data and, if you wish, redo your body composition analysis.

    With this new service offering, the Leisure Department aspires to become a key player in improving the physical and mental health of the community, by providing quality professional support tailored to everyone.

  • PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS
    We now offer private training sessions.
    Whether you're looking for an introduction to training or the different machines, a refresher session, or simply to keep you motivated, our trainers offer you individualized technical and theoretical guidance. Private sessions are sold individually or as a package.

  • BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

    We're delighted to add body composition analysis via our InBody devices to our range of services. 
    Thanks to this cutting-edge technology, you can obtain an accurate and complete picture of your body composition in just a few seconds:

    Whether you're into fitness, performance monitoring, weight loss or simply curious about your body, InBody analysis is an essential tool for tracking your progress in a concrete and motivating way. 
    Your analysis, lasting approximately 30 minutes, will be carried out in the company of a PSP leisure instructor, at your convenience. 
    This additional tool will certainly help you achieve your goals.
