We would like to salute our youngest heroes and their families for their unique contributions, strengths, and sacrifices. Join us in celebrating OUTCAN Youth all year long with these activities and resources tailored specifically for them! 
Looking for a fun way to stay connected with friends and loved ones? Pens & Pals is a creative program designed to inspire kids to keep in touch through traditional "snail mail." Our kits are available to CAF youth ages 3-18 stationed OUTCAN in the United States, and include everything needed to get started!

Bloom is a platform where teens can find comfort and advice on everything related to being a military kid, from moving tips and settling into a new school to finding things to do at your new post. "By military teens, for military teens – To all the brats coping with a move, deployment, or other emotional baggage, we know you because we are you."

U.S. military bases offer a wide range of resources, including youth programs, activities, childcare services and more! As Canadians, we are entitled to use most of the services on base.
